Ownership of Content and Materials
All content available through our website and systems including text, project images, layouts, design concepts, specifications, pricing information, and software is the property of Frontline Bathrooms or its licensors.
This material is protected under intellectual property laws. No portion may be copied, reused, or distributed without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content or services at any time without notice.
Authorized Use

- It is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
- It does not violate any third-party rights
We may rely on this information when performing work and are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete submissions.
Estimates and Project Scope
All estimates, proposals, and pricing are prepared based on conditions observable at the time of inspection and/or information supplied by the client. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Concealed or unforeseen conditions, including but not limited to water intrusion, mold, structural deficiencies, or outdated plumbing systems, may require additional labor, materials, or corrective work
- The scope of work may be modified or expanded once demolition, installation, or construction activities begin and conditions are fully exposed
- Any revisions to scope, timeline, or pricing must be approved by the client in writing prior to continuation of work
- Material availability, supplier pricing, or market fluctuations may result in adjustments to the final project cost
No verbal representations, assumptions, or informal communications shall be deemed binding. Only duly executed written agreements shall have legal effect.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate, proposal, or invoice.
You agree that:
- Deposits may be required before scheduling or ordering materials
- Progress payments may be required for larger projects
- Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur fees or delay project completion
The Company reserves the right to pause or withhold work in the event of non-payment.
Lien Rights
Where permitted by law, Frontline Bathrooms reserves the right to file a construction or mechanic’s lien for unpaid labor, materials, or services. You acknowledge that:
- Work performed improves the value of your property
- Failure to pay may result in legal claims against the property
- The Company may pursue all available legal remedies
Materials and Product Selection
Bathroom projects often involve fixtures, finishes, tile, cabinetry, and plumbing components.
You understand that:
- Product availability may change due to supplier conditions
- Substitutions may be necessary with client approval
- Variations in color, texture, or finish may occur
- Lead times for custom or specialty items may affect timelines
Customer-Supplied Materials
Where the customer elects to supply or specify their own materials, fixtures, or products, such items shall be used at the customer’s direction and risk. Accordingly:
- No warranties, express or implied, are provided by Frontline Bathrooms in relation to customer-supplied materials or fixtures.
- The Company assumes no responsibility for defects, failures, delays, or compatibility issues arising from such items.
- Additional labor, rework, or modification may be required if materials are incomplete, defective, or unsuitable for installation.
- All labor charges shall remain fully applicable regardless of the performance, condition, or failure of customer-provided products.
Frontline Bathrooms reserves the right to decline installation of any materials that do not meet reasonable quality, safety, or compatibility standards.
Project Conditions and Property Impact
Bathroom renovation work may involve demolition, plumbing adjustments, electrical modifications, tile installation, and structural access. You acknowledge that:
- Work may require cutting, drilling, or removal of existing materials
- Temporary disruption to water, power, or access may occur
- Dust, noise, and debris are normal during construction
We are not responsible for:
- Cosmetic repairs outside the project scope.
- Pre-existing damage or structural deficiencies.
- Issues caused by hidden conditions such as rot, mold, or prior workmanship.
Timeline and Delays
Project timelines are provided as estimates only and are subject to change based on circumstances beyond the Company’s control or reasonable anticipation. Such circumstances include, without limitation:
- Delays in delivery or availability of materials and products from suppliers or manufacturers
- Unforeseen site conditions, including hidden structural issues or previously undetected deficiencies
- Weather events, environmental conditions, or seasonal limitations impacting work progress
- Scheduling conflicts, trade coordination issues, or required inspections and approvals by third parties
Frontline Bathrooms will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain project schedules and minimize delays. However, no guarantee is made regarding specific start dates, completion dates, or uninterrupted workflow. Timeframes shall not be deemed of the essence unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
Warranty and Workmanship
Frontline Bathrooms provides warranties on workmanship as specified in writing. Warranties do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use, maintenance, or cleaning
- Damage caused by third parties
- Pre-existing conditions or underlying structural issues
Manufacturer warranties apply separately to products and materials.
Compliance with Codes and Regulations
All work is performed in accordance with applicable building codes and regulations. You acknowledge that:
- Existing structures may not meet current code requirements
- Necessary upgrades may increase project cost
- Work may be paused if unsafe or non-compliant conditions are identified
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide safe and clear access to the work area.
- Remove personal belongings from the workspace.
- Inform us of known hazards or existing issues.
- Ensure decision-makers are available when required.
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional costs.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Project scheduling requires allocation of labor and materials.
You acknowledge that:
- Cancellation after scheduling may result in fees.
- Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered.
- Rescheduling may affect project timelines and pricing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frontline Bathrooms, including its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of its services, whether such liability is asserted in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. No guarantee of outcomes, results, or uninterrupted service is provided or implied.
Without limitation, this includes damages or losses relating to:
- Loss of use, access, or enjoyment of the property or any affected area
- Delays impacting project completion, occupancy, scheduling, or business operations
- Conditions arising from pre-existing defects, concealed damage, or structural issues not reasonably discoverable prior to work
- Costs, expenses, or losses exceeding the agreed and approved scope of work
Where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Frontline Bathrooms shall in all cases be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Frontline Bathrooms, its owners, employees, contractors, and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- Your violation or breach of these Terms
- Any inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you
- Unsafe, hazardous, or undisclosed site conditions
- Alterations, interference, or work performed by third parties
Accuracy of Information
While Frontline Bathrooms makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all information provided through its Platform, marketing materials, and communications is accurate, current, and reliable, no representation or warranty is made regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of such information.
Frontline Bathrooms expressly disclaims any obligation to update, correct, or revise information, except where required by applicable law. Any errors, omissions, or outdated content may be corrected at the Company’s sole discretion without prior notice or liability.
Third-Party Services
The Platform may include references, listings, or links to third-party vendors, manufacturers, service providers, or external websites for informational convenience only.
Frontline Bathrooms does not own, operate, or control such third parties and assumes no responsibility or liability for their actions, omissions, or performance.
Accordingly, Frontline Bathrooms shall not be liable for:
- The availability, reliability, quality, or suitability of any third-party products or services
- The content, accuracy, legality, or policies of external websites or independent providers
- Any loss, damage, delay, or dispute arising from dealings or transactions with third parties
Any engagement with third-party providers is undertaken solely at your own discretion and risk, and may be subject to separate terms and conditions imposed by those providers.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Frontline Bathrooms operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any executed proposals, contracts, or written agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Frontline Bathrooms regarding the subject matter herein.

Modifications
